Default Dovetail Joint Adding Wood back in

Hello!

I’m doing my first Stewmac body built kit.

I believe I have took too much wood off the cheek of the neck side of the dovetail.

What is my best strategy for adding wood back in here.

I know because I have a large gap when dry fit.

I got to busy taking wood to get the fretboard down.

Shim the male part of the dovetail with a piece of wood veneer.
It will tighten the gap back up and you can redo.

Not an uncommon fix when resetting a neck.
