KirbysCovers
Just wanted to give a shout out to this guy. If you like to sing and play as I do, I think you will find his content helpful. His website can use better organization and perhaps not as polished as other YouTuber teachers but still lot to learn.
https://www.youtube.com/user/kirbyscovers I’ve been working on this one https://youtu.be/e1DS9GdUw4s Simple D G A but lots of cool bass fills and interesting rhythm. Took me about 3 days but I think I am finally getting it |

I’ve stolen quite a bit from Kirby. His arrangements often make me stretch and learn a little more.

His notation is often confused. For example, he calls 200232 a D/Gb rather than the correct D/F#. Yes, it leads you to the same chord but the latter is correct and former shows a lack of understanding where music theory is concerned.

I like his covers as well. He includes solos in his arrangements which is great.

As was mentioned before, I do wish his site and lessons were more polished. |
