Question Thoughts on the VXpocket V2 for laptop recording?

I was wondering what people thought of (and if anyone's actually used) the Digigram VXpocked V2 to capture songs for burning on to a CD. It's only two channel but I'd be connecting it to a couple of sub-busses on the church mixer so it should work to get a basic stereo mix.

Is there something better I should be looking at (in a similar price range of $200)? Any other considerations?

Isn't that just a super duper soundcard? Do you already have recording software on your laptop? If not, I use Cakewalk Guitartracks 2. Really easy to use, super quality, 8 tracks plus unlimited bouncing. $50. Great fun. Go from mixer into your soundcard (they even include a mini-plug adapter) and start recording.
