Very tasty indeed.

The red X20 with the satin top and gloss back and sides is quite delicious too. What a lovely combo.

Beautiful guitars. I look forward to the shipping videos every week now since I've commissioned one.

Lovely! And, glad to see another Tucsonan here...I love being able to hang my X20 on the wall without worrying about the humidity.

Carbon fiber was made for Tucson. I have 4 "guitar humidors" for my 'real' acoustics. It is a never-ending effort to make sure they do not go dry. My rainsong and emerald x20-12 just sit out on their stands ready to play whenever/wherever. You can also just toss them in the back of the car when heading down to Mexico, no worries (at least no worries about the guitar and humidity, all sorts of other worries).

All wood veneers, all going to the US.

Crowd chant: "U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!"

A beautiful selection. My wife was looking over my shoulder when the Royal Ebony Amacus came up and she said, "That's really nice - have you ever tried one of those?"

A sign?

I was admiring those beautiful inlays. If you don’t mind, Where would one acquire and come up with the ideas for those?

I got the idea of doing inlays after Alistair did the February select guitars with the scroll work and small shamrocks. I figured if they could route for the enamel paint they could route for pearl. I contacted Simon at Emerald and he said as long as I could provide the CNC data files it could be done
I commissioned the inlay from a company in Austin Tx called Precision Pearl Inc. They did some of PRS's original work and do. work for several big-name manufacturers.
I told them exactly what I wanted and their artist did a great job doing exactly what I described. I sent their sketches to Emerald and got the green-light. Precision provided Emerald with the CNC data files as well as the finished gold mother of pearl inlays.

When the guitar arrives I will post some close-ups. If anyone is interested in the same inlays I am sure I can help get them much cheaper than I paid since the design work has been done. I am not sure if Emerald had any technical issues with the install. I know Emerald has now done a couple more metallic paint inlays ( the recent celtic knots looked great). Perhaps they could do my pattern and just use metallic paint. That being said I am old school and you just cannot beat the real gold mother of pearl

At the risk of preaching blasphemy, there's always https://www.inlaystickers.com/collec...fret-markers-1 at a much cheaper price I'm sure...

Don't laugh but that's exactly what I used on my classical guitar

Default Just what I needed

Another accessory for my guitar. 5 tuners, 4 straps, 100’s of finger and flat pick, 4 capos etc, etc.

Ok. Anybody else use these. How did they work out. Did they damage the carbon fiber fretboard?
