Default Schertler Jam 200 and voltage

So I ordered a Jam 200 from Thomann in England. After being stuck in customs for almost 2 weeks, it finally arrived albeit in a beat up, torn up box. It was not packed well. Anyway, unpacked it and the amp had no obvious damage. Went to plug it up to see if it worked and behold, it had a european power chord. No way to plug it in here in the US. I supposed I could buy another power cord but I also know that there is a difference in voltage in the US and Europe. I looked all around for a voltage switch but cannot find one. No mention of one in the manual. Am I just overlooking it? Can I even use this thing here? For now, I can't even see if it works. Have emailed Thomann but I think that the time difference is about 6 hours. Any info would be helpful.

You can buy a 220 to 110 volt adapter and it will work with no problem.

I do not think that a simple voltage adaptor would work. Pretty sure that it has it has to be some kind of transformer. I was just hoping that I was overlooking a switch or something. It is very frustrating. It took over 3 weeks to get it and the packaging was torn up. Returning it will be a pain. I worry that any replacement will also be packed poorly.
