Default Wrist Position

Often overlooked, here is a quick lesson on proper wrist position. Some of my members asked for this lesson and I wanted to share it here too. Enjoy!

Excellent advice on positioning the guitar so that the wrist is neutral. Not only does it prevent injury, but it decreases the difficulty in making barre chords and also makes it easier to to make long fret-hand stretches.
