If you want the blues, here Is your chance!!
I saw these guitars when the collection first appeared back in the 1990's. It will be interesting to see where the prices go, although I am absolutely certain the original by Jimmy D'Aquisto will still be the high priced spread by far.
By the way: The auction is for the entire collection...... https://www.rudysmusicbluecollection.com HE

Howard, this is amazing. Thanks for sharing it. I agree that it will be interesting to see where the prices go-I'll be looking without bidding as neither my talent or budget justify any of these great guitars!

I saw these guitars in DC when they were at the Smithsonian. Spectacular!

The gallery of all the guitars is totally open as are all the menu pages. I do note, however, that the 'About' page has been edited since I first saw it a couple of weeks ago. It had said, originally, that the starting bid was $1.5mil, and was for the entire collection. Perhaps the owners have reconsidered after testing the waters, but who knows. As Stan Jay always used to say: GFAO. There'll never be a another one. Regards, Howard Emerson
