Methos1979 hits the big time: K&K Artist of the Month!
Lol, so I guess I can retire from my day job now. Last year after searching for a sound hole pickup for my Martin Custom D-1 (I didn't want to glue anything in) I came across a relatively unknown offering from K&K - the Double Helix Solo. I was so impressed that I wrote K&K a very nice email thanking them and extolling the virtues of this pick. I continue to promote it everywhere I can.
K&K owner Dieter Kaudel (great guy, great player, btw) emailed me back thanking me for the great word-of-mouth support and said I would be an Artist Of The Month down the road. I'd check back each month to find some other person featured. It was a little depressing in that while not big names, all these people were serious players! Like with killer skills and tone and even albums! And now here I am, poser, hobbyist, cowboy chord player, did I mention poser? Oh well. At least it's only for a month! Representing the A.G.F.! At least the guitar looks cool, right?

Double Helix is great, I got one shortly after you first posted your demo. It's pushed all my other soundhole pickups including a Sunrise to the sidelines. Thanks
