Eastman comparison
I’m hoping there are some Eastman owners who can provide some insight. I’m looking to get my feet wet in the world of archtops and have been looking at 2 Eastman cutaways, a 2004 maple 810CE and a 2020 mahogany 610CE. Other than the obvious differences (woods, finishes, and associated tone), both have cases, Kent Armstrong pickups, and are in a condition that reflects their use and price (both checked out well). Are there any structural differences between the 810 and 610? Has the way Eastman builds these two models changed over the years? Are there any advantages/disadvantages to either one?

This may help.
And try searching the Soundpurestudio channel by "Eastman", you might find something. https://www.youtube.com/c/soundpures...?query=eastman I don't visit this page much anymore - they have so many guitars that I covet it makes me sad.
