Default RainSong PSA

Here is a RainSong 25th Anniversary in "great" condition at Guitar Center for $900 off of a new cost. Heck of a deal for a guitar that Dave at RainSong says is the best sounding guitar they have ever made.

Though I like the tint of these I'm not a fan of the RS off-centered sound hole for some reason. I would like to play one to see how it sounds compared to my center-holed RS guitars. I know Ted at LA Guitars loves this guitar and got one of the very first ones made and Ted knows RainSong better/more than most. I'd love to A/B/C it with my two.

Very tempting!!!

I've never played s rainsong but am afraid they might be too bright. I do like my McPherson sable but find the sound muted. The guitar also weighs a ton!

Maybe a RainSong DR1000N2 lightweight dreadnought tone monster that sounds, dare I say, like a wooden dreadnought with more crystalline treble overtones? Okay, so you don't like dreadnoughts as it also seems do a goodly number of AGFers. Okay, so how about an orchestra-sized RainSong? You can peruse all of RainSong's offerings here: https://www.rainsong.com/

Had it in my cart and nearly bought it!
Would love to play one in person. Plus I'd need to sell my McPherson sable. So much trouble!!

I've played one with the offset hole a couple years ago and thought it was the best sounding Rainsong I had played. Wouldn't sell my Sable for one though. But that's just me.
