Cheers John !!

One example of the comment I made earlier ~ I won't mention names because the slide-maker here is a very good friend of mine! We received a promo video from the company featuring a big-name U.S. slide guitarist playing a new NRP reso-rocket with the line "here's a great video of the tone you can expect using our slides on a resonator guitar"....the instrument has a humbucker pickup fitted, and if you follow the cord it travels thru a pedalboard into a Marshall half-stack!!

Slide On!

Ian.

Great photo John ~ take good care of that 'Ultimate' my friend - that's our very rare 'Green Swampy' piece - unfortunately no longer supplied to us from our glass-blowers

Slide On!

Gee, thanks, Ian. Now you've guaranteed that I'll drop it on a concrete floor.

That Ian...always buttin' in.
Diamonds, no matter the model, are great. Got a few, and truthfully, they all sound the same(really good), but the deal is comfort and use. Some "feel" better on certain instruments than the other, differently configured slides. Hard to explain. Between his and Tribotone, bottleneck nirvana. Hard to find those tribotones still?

Hey Neal! Great to catch-up again my friend and thanks for your kind words

Unfortunately it appears Tribotone are no more ~ a customer of ours tried to buy one of Eric's few remaining tone-bars, only to receive an instant PayPal refund and confirmation the business had ceased trading ~ a real shame because those were incredible tone-bars

Slide On!

Just catching up on this thread. I dont have much to add except to say what a cool pic this is. I bought a Diamond Redhouse bottleneck a few years ago and its still my favourite.
