Pre Delivery Update
Apologies for the late update, given the pandemic, I have asked Tom not to rush the build as I will not be able to travel to Singapore to collect the guitar from Marcus at The Golden Era Guitar until the borders open. I could have asked Tom to ship direct to me in Australia but I am not comfortable with it as it is my first Brazilian Rosewood guitar and I wasn't familiar with the protocol with the Department here (such as CITES paperworks etc.) so I thought is best to let Marcus (The Golden Era Guitar) deal with it in Singapore as he has tons of experience in this.
Nevertheless, very excited to share some final pics from Tom before she sets sail to us. 1. FIRST LAYER COATING 2. PRE-DELIVERY FINAL PICS

Thank you all, it’s shame that it will be a while before I can play it. Meanwhile she will he in good hands with Marcus.

You and Bobby are such lucky fellas! I can't wait till the day I can finally play a Doerr. His work always impresses me.

Absolutely beautiful, naturally, given it's a Doerr! You are a patient person, don't think I could wait it out!

That top is beautiful. I am also particularly fond of the back braces of all things...
