Nice playing, I am going to start playing classical again and this is one of the first pieces I was planning to tackle.

I had a listen to this version and it looks potentially even harder in his tuning. He does an ok job though.

Very nicely done! I am even more inspired to take up classical seriously. Just curious: how long did it take you learn the piece and this particular arrangement? Also, what make/model is the guitar you are playing in video?

I have played this piece on and off for years so it's hard to put a timeline on it. If I started it fresh from right now it could maybe take a month or two. I play/practice approximately 4-5 hours a day.

My guitar is an odd story, it has been passed on to me from my Father. The name inside is Onda. There seems to be absolutely nothing on the web about any such company. My Father purchased it in Ottawa in the 1970's from Continental Music. I have found one other individual with an Onda and he bought his at the same store. It is Brazilian Rosewood and a Cedar top.

I hope you enjoy playing the Prelude,

Chris

Thanks for the inspiration. It will undoubtedly take me a while but I am motivated to learn the piece. If you have any PDF or link to transcription of your arrangement it would be much appreciated.

Sadly, this one is just in my head. It takes a lot of time to write it out on my music software so for a piece that I have memorized it's so easy to be lazy and not do it. I can scribble out a tab for the first chunk if you want to give me your e-mail.

It's ok, I didn't mean to commission you for a job LOL. But the offer is appreciated. . May be better for me to try and watch your hands and learn by sight and by ear.

There are some reasonable facsimiles here.

Perhaps the Delcamp site to.

If you have questions about mine just send me a message.
