Default mixer & powered speakers

hi guys ;i looked at mackie passive mixer and 12 " thumpersfor my solo gigs.sometimes i'll have my buddy with his bass and another acoustic guitar.2 vocals.will this system carry a "small gig"?any probs with the bass?thx!

Should do fine. 400 W is plenty. I would spring for some tripod stands for the cabinets. I would try to audition those speakers if you can to make sure you like their sound.

Yes, try and audition them--especially to see if they will give you the bass sound you want. Or you could simply have your bass player friend play through his own amp.
