All I have to say is: I voted for the AB series. I have an 810 and it is a wonderful guitar but few comment on it other than, "Man that thing sounds great!!!"

However, when I take my AB-3 out of the case, people flock around me a want to touch it. They are just blown away by how cool it is. It looks like nothing else on the planet.....and it sounds good too.

I voted for the GA. I love the comfort of the smaller body and it's just so versatile. perfect for what i use it for. However, I am rreally keen to try some Jumbo's. I played a LKSM 6 and loved it. But just don't get a lot of jumbos in my part of the world.

Hey NoFlatpick some love the sound of the the jumbos but can't handle their size. You're lucky you can. I have to stay in the GA size, the larger ones just kill my shoulders and back.
I guess the GA's are just a good all around size, I am frankly surprized that the Dreds aren't scoring higher since so many that posr here talk about them a lot.

I will get some pics of my AB-3 up this week. I have a new technique that I want to try with the digital camera. I will also shoot the inside. That is just crazy in there.

Thumbs up

The Grand Concert is by far my favorite size Taylor. It's size is absolutely perfect for comfort and ease of playing. I get the idea sometimes that many don't think of the GC guitar as being as versital as it is. I think a lot of folks think of it as for fingerstyle only. I do everything on mine even strumming. Of course, I'm not a heavy player so I don't overload it. I just think some have preconceived ideas about the GC and perhaps don't give it a try. I wish Taylor made a small bodied 12 string. Anyway, just my thoughts.

MAKE it a great day!!!!
Marge

Had the luck to play most of the 7XX series at one time (712, 714, 710) and the 14 was the clear winner (well, maybe since I already had a '10 and the 14 has light versus medium strings)...the current count at my house is 1-10 and 2-14s.

For me it's the Grand Auditorium. I like how versatile they are. I like the fact I can strum fairly aggressively, or I can finger-pick, either way it sounds great!

I have a 415 IMHO,
acoustic nirvana. (not the band.)
I would not part with it. period.
I did play a 414ce at GC that absolutely rang my bell!

Ditto on Doug L.'s vote - I tend to play my 714 slightly more often than my 810.
