Dobro pickup
My Republic Miniolian resonator needs a pickup, I see there lots of choices. Would be used to play in my band with drums, bass, guitar, and keys.

The Fishman Nashville bridge pickup and the Jerry Douglas Aura pedal are now the gold standard in dobro pickups.
It is not an inexpensive option but the sound and control are well worth it. I often play dobro in a band with drums and bass with monitors and it gets too loud (sigh). The good news is that feedback with this system is not much of an issue if you keep your hand in contact with the strings at all times! |

Thinking of going with the Bill Lawrence A-400 Pickup along with a Sure 57. Nice thin pickup 7/16th inch that would fit below the fret board nicely. The price is right---
