From the photos its not too bad, I can see something amiss with the frets and fretboard at the 6th to 10th fret from your photos.

Also the nut high on the base on one side would make me look further at the neck / fretboard join

Visually by the photo of your top looks good / clean / flat

Without having the guitar in front of me, its a hard call where to go from here.

Either pull the frets and have it levelled and refretted or heat the fretboard and let it slip at the join, or put a set of 13's on and back the truss rod off.

I strongly suspect as you mentioned truss rod is fully off and you still have backbow that the fret slots need to be opened up and refretted
