I just drill a half dozen holes around the top/center of my picks and it makes a huge improvement. Quick and easy.

They really do have good grip. Especially once they've warmed up between your finger tips.

The Jim Dunlop Max Grips are great in my opinion. Ive found that the lighter the gauge, the more control I have over my tone. I tend to use either 60mm or 73mm for acoustic strumming / flat picking. These picks are really cheap and are much better than other, more expensive picks that I’ve tried.
