Very cool video

I assume the cat was coming from up wind traveling downwind (not a typical travel technique )

I have had two really close encounters while camo'ed up both with the critter moving downwind. One was a moose passed within 2 or so yards , and the other a deer I could have literally swatted with my arrow.

Wow!
Amazing video!

Bobcats are exceedingly good at avoiding human contact.

Glad no kitties were harmed in the making of this film...coulda gotten ugly with the point blank rifle aimed at it.

Another cat losing a stare down with a human.

That was amazing to watch, especially for the cat to remain there for so long seemingly trying to figure out what it was seeing.

True Dat! The first time I watched it I tried to focus on the cat's line of sight to try and figure out what it was "thinking". It wasn't until the second time that I saw it was literally walking up the pipe of the second dude's rifle.

Cool video. Given the general demeanor and the occasional relaxed tail flick, that was not a distressed cat, mostly curious about the interlopers in its territory. Glad they had the presence of mind not to spook it.

Yes given that there were three humans present at such close range , one would think the odor would have alerted it much quicker.

From the look of scope on the one rifle I am guessing/speculating they were long range coyote hunting, and or that this cat appeared suddenly (undetected by them) until within a few yards, like maybe when the camera man moved the camera

Great video. Bobcats are very common in my neighborhood with sightings on a daily basis. One of them even likes to rest in the shade of my shrubs, not 7 ft from the pool.
