Piezo and mic blend question

Hello again!
In my quest to improve my live sound I came across another option:To add an external mic like the AT AT831b in my rig and blend between the piezo pickup and the mic.I'm gonna need a preamp/DI with 2 channels but I also want to run effect pedals before the preamp like reverb and eq. So I 'd like to ask if something like the PZ-pre will do the job.For what I can tell it hasn't an xlr input only jacks.Can I use it to do the blend I want?Can you suggest any other preamp and blender for piezo and mic situation?
