Experience a first for Martin! The D-18 SS Special Edition has the same features as a Martin D-18V — except this one boasts a short-scale mahogany neck. You’ll love the easier string feel and slightly shorter distance between frets, plus, the sound of this guitar will blow you away! Other features include a solid Sitka spruce top, a solid mahogany back and sides, an ebony bridge, and tortise binding.

This Short scale is not made anymore, I think there were something like only 150 or so made. Its in excellent shape with some slight finish crazing that doesnt affect playability or tone at all. There are also some scratches on the top that can be buffed out but would not show up on picture. Comes with the OHSC.
I have tried to photograph any and all imperfections as best as I could.

165 made from 2009-2011, according to the UMGF.

This is a nice guitar. Unique with the SS. FIrst dreads had 12 fret SS.

and Derek is a good guy.
