Default Bonapart's Retreat

This is a William Stepp version that was used by Aaron Copeland and later in the beef commercial . Mr. Stepp is from Eastern Kentucky and made his recording in the 1930's.

I am using a J.W. Green fiddle with a D-18.

Nice work on the fiddle. You definitely had my toes tapping in this one. Very catchy tune, It'll be running through me now all day.
