Default Bourgeois "Artisan" series

I bought my Bourgeois OM-A on-line. The "A" is artisan series. Designed to sell for about 2/3 of their regular line. I have had lots of great guitars (3 Bourgeois') and this is my take out guitar since i got it. Everyone loves it. I cant tell what is different from the standard ones. So, if you can find an artisan series Bourgeois, you could get one for that or less. I payed $1200 15 years ago. Great guitars.

Default Deal / Great Deal

I just got a mint used Waterloo 14TR $1,300 not a mark on it.

Reverb has a Collings D 1A for $2,600 and that is a Great Deal

good luck
BTW I feel like my used Collings OM was a good deal at $4,000

I saw three today with one search. A C10, and 2 D1s. I would not have suggested it if I hadn’t done the search myself. One D1 was listed from Golden Age Guitarsin Westfield, NJ.

My apology, Maryc-k...I guess I only searched smaller bodies, and no dreadnoughts. Upon doing another search with a broader stroke, I find you’re absolutely correct.

Dangit...and I thought I’d have a mistake-free day today! 😉

Default Deal

I would recommend a Martin Tim O'Brien Model 00-18. Great guitar at your budget.

True! This is a fun thread, but sorely tempting at times

We all want to know what the OP winds up with!!!

Best on your quest and enjoy the search

Hey everyone. As you can imagine I’ve been presented with some great options. Most of which are just outside my budget, haven’t found the one that is Just right for a number I can’t refuse. Mulling over some great stuff that’s come my way so far. But it’s a lot of fun!

I’m considering all makes and models, but what I really want is a 28 style OM, 000, or 00. Like a Collings OM2H Collings or vintage spec Martin, or Bourgeois

Default Bedell

I have an awesome Bedell 00 sized guitar. Cedar top. EIR B/S. Sounds and plays great. Beautiful to look at. Two wee dings. New in the $4k area. I'll sell in your price range for sure. A deal or a steal, I can't say.

I've got a Chris Ensor guitar, Port Orford Cedar over Wenge that I'd sell at your number, shipped and PayPal'd. Arm bevel, and more. If you want pics, let me know. Nut width is just a tad over 1 3/4, more like 1 25/32 or 1 13/16. I prefer something narrower, and am just not playing it.
