(disclaimer: I am NOT a runner!)
I live in a tiny place, hardly room enough for all my stuff and my Boston Terrier. Javen't been going to the park to walk the dog, so I've missed my normal walking regimen... Actually started running in place a few days ago... starting slow and building it up. Feels good. Still doing my usual every other day, alternate pushups and light weights with a complete stretching regimen and some "core" stuff...

I try to do different HIIT routines every couple months or so. This one's been kicking my butt - can't do it all the way through yet but I'll get there soon.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDioaZyp3zw BTW, I really like this guy's videos - he has some other really good HIIT workouts you should check out. |

I only have up to 25 lb dumbells at home so, yeah, getting creative or back to bw stuff. Good to force a change but it will be nice to get back in the real gym. I have a great Anytime Fitness that has everything and is never crowded because most people go to Planet Fitness, which is great.

Just got off my week old routine of a 10 minute walk on the treadmill when I get up. It's meant to make up for the walking steps I used to get getting to the office. I'll have another 10 minute walk at lunch and then (hopefully) a jog in the evening.
