KOZM Guitars - Update - May 2014
Here’s a look at a guitar I just finished for a client in Thailand.
Non-floating, magnetic Joe Barden S-Deluxe pickup. Spruce top, mahogany back. Integral bracing. Ergonomic, “2 position” playability. 24 inch scale length. Pinless bridge. Here's a look at the way the support structure for the pickup works. In this way, the weight of the pickup doesn't burden the flexibility of the soundboard. It also reduces the tendency to feedback. Additionally, by using a conventional magnetic pickup, there's no need for a pre-amp or an acoustic amp. I hope to have a video out shortly. All questions, comments and critiques welcome! Great gobs of grooviness, Jeff KOZM Guitars |

I'm glad you posted this, as there is another thread here in the custom shop by a nonprofessional luthier attempting the same top/side profile. Looks awesome!

That not only looks super cool it looks super comfortable! Is it designed to go over a specific knee? I play with my guitar over my left knee and this looks like a good fit for that.
