Hi Jon. Thanks for the updates and all of your hard work.

As already mentioned, if you like Michael Card check out Jon's work. His transcriptions are fantastic and Jon has a very good ear for figuring the tunes out.

I wanted to add that Jon not only transcribes the songs but he plays them very well too.

I'm not sure how much help I really was Jon but you're certainly welcome for anything contribution I may have made.

Thanks! This is wonderful!

I see "The Nazarene" on the list, but no link to PDF. Do you have this in a downloadable form?

Thanks!
Gary

Thanks Jon. I've seen Michael in concert and we had him at our church about 3 years ago at an Arts Conference. He's a very down to earth, humble guy.

That should be enough to get you started. Let me know if I can help you further, Gary.
Thank you!

Thanks for the update Jon. I just play it but never took the time to count it out or check the time signature.

I don't know about earlier versions but generally Michael is actually playing it in open Gb tuning as well.

However, the original version is in G. I just like to show the root tuning on the tab when possible, and only show the lowered tunings if the song is exclusively played like that. If that makes sense. For example, he recorded When Jesus Was a Boy in F# (Gb) so I show that tuning on the tab, because I have never heard the song in G.
I knew why you transcribed it that way Jon. I was just pointing it out for those who might not be aware and get confused if they try to play it with the lowered recording.
