this kind of flash mob to me felt so much more authentic which (again only my opinion) is the whole magic of it - the surprise.

This one is pretty famous and was semi orchestrated by a professional performer but this one probably looks the "best" to me - and the authenticity and the crowd are unmistakeable

Given all flash mobs are "staged" then Yep strictly matter of opinion, to me hard to feel much more "staged", than pre choreographed dance moves to caned music,,,, but hey to each there own.

And "authentic " is so individually subjective kind of hard to relate as to what that might actually mean

The marriage proposal one looked much less pre choreographed and appeared that it was a bucket load of fun for the participants and the crowd

I like this one as it appears to be recorded live AND (interesting to note, the crowd in is not yammering away during the performance )
