TV for final mix
Not being able to justify a major monitor system, I’ve found that, post-mix, if I tweak the final GarageBand mastering on my TV via HDMI, the final mix plays well on all formats, headphones, cell phone, my cheap o speakers, even a CD in the car stereo. I transfer to ITunes, which filters, and then play with the filters in IMovie as well, then publish to the internet. I have a 32” Roku. I also have hearing damage, and this has really helped restore my mixing abilities.
