The wrist position segment was very useful - thanks!

I'm a noob who relies heavily on power chords and runs/fills (I have a bassplaying background). Just 3 months into playing guitar daily, I've managed to develop trigger finger (this after playing bass for over a quarter century with no hand problems). You video made it clear to me that I'm putting additional stress on my fretting hand by doing this. Thanks for clarifying this for me - I need to work on my open chords more and barre chords less.
