Never even seen an Emerald other than what is on the internet but would love to try a short scale X20- just have zero interest in anything full scale for my style of play. If they became a standard issue without the upcharge I might consider pulling the trigger sight unseen. But alas.....schmaybe they will be one of the disclosed models to be unveiled?

At any rate- congrats Emerald on 20 years of innovation! Slainte!!

I'm primed to want in, even though I don't have a clue what's coming. (I do have some hopes though).

I see that all of a sudden there seems to be a dearth of X20s in the “in stock” section. 20th Anniversary - coincidence?

Congratulations. I love my Emerald, and I’m happy for your success.

I think a tenor Uke and a return of the X-10 would round out the offerings nicely.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR STELLAR ACHIEVEMENTS, ALISTAIR! Thank you for the four guitars that you have built for me over the past decade!! And thank you most especially for my Emerald #5, the cocobolo X-10 nylon string, that you have dedicated so much time and innovation to meticulously crafting over this past year! If it might possibly be ready by then, I wish that I could be there to celebrate and to take delivery in person on May 30. Although I cannot be there in person, I will be celebrating by playing my Emerald guitars that day.....and every day!

Best regards,
Tom

I would love to go, but I have to be in DC next week. I was almost able to come by 2 years ago. The plan was to play anything you had hanging around and either get my favorite then and there or talk you into making me a similar one. I got waylaid in London, so I gave up on taking the ferry over and didn't bother you about it. Maybe on my next tour of Europe I can drop in. That's the plan at least provided I can work out the time and travel details.

My X20 is still going strong. It's a busker's dream. Thank you.

Cheers,
Tom
