Default I conjure the power of this board!

Find me an Ebony Martin style pre-drilled bridge. 2.25" string spacing.

LMI is back ordered.

Before anyone asks, I am trying to make as close to a replica of a 000-28EC. As my username suggests.... All things Clapton.

Someone please link me to a site that has one.

I remember watching a video of someone who had a repair done to a vintage Martin and relating that there was no one who could come close to TJ Thompson's replacement bridges.

I remember a detailed interview with him in Fretboard Journal relating the intricacies of getting the pyramid bridges right.

Beautiful, but his decimal is one digit too far right for my liking.

Stew-Mac has un-drilled ebony Martin style bridges. I've used those from time to time. I lay them out and drill them on my milling machine with a digital readout unit to get the holes properly spaced but it can be done with careful measurement.

Does Martin sell parts with imperfections? I know they sell kits, but individual parts?

If that one is ebony, are you offering it for sale? I don't want to violate board policies of purchases.

It appears that may be where I have to look. Cutting the slot scares me more than drilling holes.

Cutting the slots can be done with care using a small router with a 3/32" bit. There are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to make a fixture for cutting the slot and also you can find the fixtures here and there on the Internet.

Guitar Maker's Connection, the arm of Martin's 1833 shop that sells kits, does sell individual parts. I was able to call and get an un-inlayed fretboard for a project, for example.

However, they are only doing online orders at the moment due to COVID, per their website. So you can only get what is on the website, which doesn't include any bridges at the moment. Saddles, tuners, pickguards, kits, truss rods, some tools/clamps. See here: https://www.martinguitar.com/1833-shop/#!/c91

It is African ebony with some typical brown mottling. Martin routinely dyes their African ebony bridges and fingerboards.

The bridges have slight imperfections that usually can be sanded out. This one has a very shallow chip on the bottom edge.

Larrivee also has some nice ebony bridges, some even with nice inlays if you like. I'm not 100% sure of the spacing but it should work.

Awesome. Thank you. Will check it out. Love this site. Will go from ZERO bridges to about 3 or 4 in a week.

Again would like to thank this site and John who posted above. Between him and other suggestions from members I have one bridge in hand, and two more will be here today.

Can someone tell me how to properly attach it as quickly and efficiently as you guys were in how to procure one?
