Default Removing bolts on bridge on a Gibson LG2

Hey folks. First time posting on this section of the forum. I want to remove these bolts(2 of them) on either end of my Gibson LG2. Will my bridge fly off when re-strung? Should it already be glued OR are the bolts is what is holding the bridge on? It is a small bridge. Not the bigger size bridge. I understand removing these bolts improves volume and tone. Thanks folks. Hope you can help!
