Hi Barry

No, I have never used it. If I need to attenuate bass, I prefer to select the cut-off frequency, how much shelving, and how much attenuation in post (which never seems to match those built into the mics).

I do. I've done some very unscientific testing in my house to decide that it somehow seems to sound better for me not to capture that very low rumble I get from my foot tapping or a bus going by to begin with rather than to try to take it away with in the DAW afterward. But I'm no eq master or anything
