For sale is my beautiful Martin D41 reimagined ...It is the best guitar I ever played or owned but unfortunately it has to go due to life circumstances! Im the original owner and it is in excellent to mint condition.I loved and played this guitar a ton-its my only guitar!! Could you try and describe the tone for us...just give us your thoughts on what you hear/heard, why you chose it over the other more expensive guitars...which were what by the way?!

And we understand, it is what you hear...IMO YMMV and all that stuff {;-)

heyy Yall Im a huge Chet Atkins fan love alot of finger style but also always wanted an amazing classic martin Dread,,,I am not a collector THIS IS A REAL PLAYER chose it over martin d45s santa cruz collings brazilian rosewoods bourgeois so many others ...not kidding ...the martin reimagined series with their forward shifted bracing and super comfy necks are very consistent! Biggest part is the huge low end shimmer and sustain...Plus like most Martins very loud when u dig in and you can really thump it !! Lots of Headroom and doesnt compress right away like many guitars..reason Im selling honestly are some bills and Im leaning towards a smaller finger style guitar because I play almost exclusively Chet Travis style these last few years..hope this helps...the price is really the lowest I have seen for a fairly new 2018 model especially in the sunburst!!!

The D-41 he is selling is the 2018 Reimagined Martin D-41. I bought mine from the same dealer (Wilcutt guitars). Mine was there at the same time as this very special 2018 Sunburst D-41 reimagined guitar. Our contact Eric at Willcutt Guitars (superb player!) played and compared almost a dozen D-41's and D-42's at the time and he chose a couple of the cream of the crop. He chose one natural D-41 and Sunburst D-41 (even ranked them over a couple new D-42's) from their large stock of new 2018 Reimagined D-41's AND D-42's.

ChasingChet bought the "pick of the litter!" THIS particular 2018 D-41 reimagined is that guitar. I bought the Natural top Reimagined D-41 which was the other one that was singled out as 'special.' My D-41 has been been one of the definitive D-41's that a few forum members covet as the benchmark reference for current D-41's. I made several Youtube video's of my natural D-41. The one ChasingChet has is the equal without question. I have no doubt 'this' D-41 is one of the best out there! I am not just saying that.

Somebody needs to buy this guitar. I am confident you will love it.

You are WAY TOO kind and humble. You have classical, flamenco, jazz skills, Chet Atkins chops. I've heard you play. You could be MY TEACHER! Lol

Really like that sunburst. Don't see many. I played a D35 burst for nearly forty years but it was a lighter look, what they're calling Ambertone these days. I like yours better.
