A guitar I would love to have. I just find it hard to justify, even at the SDOTD price of $3,299.

That's a really good price on an SJ200. It's the same cost as an SJ200 Studio model with burst finish. If I didn't just buy another Gibson from MF this would be very tempting.

If one needs/wants a jumbo Gibson J200, that's an excellent price.

Boy I'd love to own a Rosewood Gibson!

If I didn't still have to deal with an emergency hospital event a couple weeks ago, I'd seriously give this some thought.

What am I missing here. I went to the SDOTD and the guitar is actually a Gibson 2018 Hummingbird Rosewood. Did they change it from the SJ200?

That usually indicates they replaced the SJ200 deal because they sold their stock.

They must have sold the SJ200 earlier because they’ve listed other Gibson’s since. It’s what happens when they sell out of one they sub another. No teasing. They had the SJ 200 at $3200 if I remember correctly.
