Default Incoming NGD - Voyage Air

I've been in conversation with Voyage air and they've been extremely friendly and attentive to my requests! I have just made a payment for a VAOM-02 as my travel/leave-on-the-stand guitar. Hope to receive it in the mail either later this week or early next week. Stay tuned! meanwhile, some pictures...

Congratulations! You'll have great fun with it. Half the fun is seeing the look on people's faces when you unfold it and screw it together - the other half of the fun is its playability. Because it has a zero-fret and the nut is basically drilled holes, it is very easy to play.

One idea - get a velcro strap (like those used for tying electronic cables together) and before disassembling the neck, place it around the 7th fret. It keeps everything much neater.

Enjoy!

Rick

Yep...I have one too. The VAOM-02 is quite a guitar based on how it folds over itself for travel. All laminate and sound good. I had a JJB-330 installed in mine and used it in a Sunday service in Marsh Harbour Abaco Bahamas while on a mission trip with Caribbean Youth Network. It's an amazing design and continues to deliver a lot of fun away from home. Congrats!

Looking forward to it too, thanks for the advice... I was actually wondering how to keep the loose strings behaving.

Oh that's perfect... That's the exact purpose I intend to use mine as well.
