Default The Boulder Guitar-B-Q is back!

AGF mates -

After a very long radio silence I'm finally back, and so is the Guitar-B-Q that my wife Paula and I happily hosted for some years. This is a gathering of acoustic musicians, mostly but not exclusively guitaristas, combined with optional potluck and hot coals. The hot coals are available for attendees to use for their own culinary purposes—BYO grillables—and later in the day for torturing people into participating in the open mike. (OK, OK, not really—the open mike is truly optional and always fun.)

Rather than post all the details on a forum of 20,000 people I'm going to ask that you shoot me an email at [email protected] if interested. Many of you past participants should already have gotten an email from me. Would be delighted to meet new AGFers in the area, guitar builders, acoustic aficionados generally...just drop me a line. We are just north of Boulder in the foothills, south of Lyons.

Looking forward to another great event!

I can't understand why people are frightened of new ideas. I'm frightened of the old ones.
