Default Yamaha NTX700 setup advice

Good morning,
I picked up one of these on July 4th at GC. I picked it because it is a bit more like a steel string. Neck is slimmer, joins at 14th fret, cut away, and pickup. It sounds very nice plugged in to my Loudbox Mini and good enough for me unplugged.
The action is a little high. I have set up many steel strings and many electrics. Just no nylon strings.
Can someone please provide nominal values for neck relief, string height at 1st and 12th frets for a classic? Nut slots seem high as it plays better with a capo at the first fret. 12th fret low e height appears to be a bit over 0.1" by eye.
New EJ45 strings. Man tying them on so they don't settle in (slip or stretch?) is fun
Anyway thinks for any advice in advance,
Terry
