That oak is simply insane...what an amazing story behind these old logs!

But I think one of the things I love the most about this build is Tom's use of copper...the rosette and then the accent strip on the headplate...I just dig that.

Big congrats on this one.

I obviously need to get some carpets and wallhangings to alleviate my minimal but reflective surroundings! Will try headphones.

Cheers,
Steve

Congrats Tom and Jeff. It looks and sounds amazing. The bog oak has always intrigued me just simply from a cool factor if nothing else! Will is amazing, I am soooo disappointed we did not all come together as planned, Jeff included as he was coming too!

What Tom said! The cool factor of this wood is just through the roof. What a special guitar--congrats and kudos!

I received my new guitar yesterday and playing it kind of non-stop since. I learned that one must be patient when ordering a guitar that must make a stop in US customs. Thanks to the Toms (Sands and Bowersox) for advice and sympathy. It was worth it though. The guitar exceeds my hope and expectations.

Huge congrats! I know that had to be a crazy long wait! So glad it’s all you hoped and more. Enjoy every note!

Great news, yes that whole import thing is a major roadblock. I am glad it arrived safely if not on time.
