Martin Simpson is the finest acoustic player I’ve heard in a live setting.
You have done a wonderful job with your take on this splendid tune, well done !

Thank you - I’ve yet to have the privilege of seeing him play live. Maybe once we are out of this lockdown..

I'm learning to flatpick and fingerpick guitar to accompany songs.

I've played and studied traditional noter/drone mountain dulcimer for many years. And I used to play dobro in a bluegrass band.

Great job Peter. I believe it also goes by the title of Be Thou My Vision. Martin S is the best, but his pieces are not that easy, for sure.

Thanks - it seems to have a few different names.

Martin’s stuff is certainly challenging but a lot of fun to work on.
