Found case fabric sources

It sounds silly but I thought I would share.

I like to add inserts for my case (humidifier holder, compartment dividers, capo-not-flop-around-loosely-and-bang-things-up-er).

I also like to have these match perfectly and be removable.

If you ever need to patch your cases, here are some sources:

So, I found the exact short-pile faux fur black fabric for Guardian cases at Joann Fabrics retail store. I think it was pretty cheap but I don't remember what I paid.

I found the exact wrinkle-crushed red velvet for my Taylor premium HSC at Hobby Lobby.

These are not just similar matching fabrics. These are the exact fabric.

So....if you need some....there's where I found some.

I don't suppose they had color choices at JoAnn Fabrics, did they?

I'm looking for that short-pile faux fur but in gray, because I have to make some inserts like you mentioned to properly seat a slightly smaller body guitar in a hardshell case.

Or if anyone knows other sources (this is a little older TKL case) could you post it?

Yes they have several color options. I even got the crushed red velvet stuff for my taylor case.

I also made padding for smaller guitars in my other cases.

Try JoAnn fabrics, Michael Crafts and Hobby Lobby
