Default stripped screw hole in head stock

Helloes.. A tuning machine on my guitar is slipping.. it's because of a stripped screw hole in the head stock.. got any suggestions on how to repair this?

The most common way to fix this is with a toothpick and little wood glue. Just wet the toothpick with glue and stick it in the hole. I usually cut the toothpick slight shorter than the hole so it recesses a little. If it was a bigger hole, you'd want to do it differently, but this works fine for those tuner holes.

Mine is a slight variation of Bryan's. I cut them oversize and lightly tap them in. I then cut them off flush with fret pliers and tidy up with a very sharp knife or chisel.
