1940 Gibson Jumbo 55
This one has been through hell and back, there's very little "antiquity" value left in this one due to the (very well done) repairs its received. You won't find another one of these for under 10k. And thankfully these repairs have left us with a very solid, reliable, incredible sounding instrument.
It has been over-sprayed -- The board has been painted glossy black but has since worn away in various areas. Areas of the board under the paint have been filled/repaired. Most notable at the 4th fret and 6th through 10th frets. -- The tuning machine buttons have been replaced -- There are repaired cracks on the sides and top of the body.
