Though I haven't attempted it myself, you can indeed create your own custom sweeteners. I believe you can also share these with other Perterson owners as long as they're also registered on their website.

Another vote for the Peterson Strobe tuners... I have the clip-on version and it is MILES ahead of the Snarks I had been using! Peterson has a setting for sweetened tunings, if you like those, although I use it in straight strobe mode and find it very accurate.
Second vote would be for the TC Electronics uni-tune or poly-tune... excellent tuners!

I have many tuners but I usually have to fine tune with my ears.
