NGD Pono L-10
Had a weak moment last night while perusing Reverb, and bought a Pono L-10.
Solid acacia top, sides and back with Maple binding. Talk to me; likey, no likey? |

It's not NGD until you actually have it and post pics. But Ponos are great guitars for the money.

Never played a Pono but I've read many great things about them here on the AGF ... Congrats! Looking forward to your review.

I have kept my antennae active in hopes of trying one. They are kind of rare, it seems, mostly because Pono is mainly a ukulele company. And the acacia sounds interesting. My favorite ukulele is an acacia with a cedar top. Sounds fabulous every time out. Also has 5 strings, with an octaved course instead of a single high G string, somewhat in the manner of a 12 string guitar. Wouldn't mind finding an acacia guitar. Acacia is a relative of koa. Reply what you think of it after it arrives. Enjoy your new guitar, Don .

They aren't rare at all and they have sold guitars at least for seven or eight years (which is when I purchased one).
