Waylon Jennings Tele

I have an idea for a project Tele I am building. But can't find what I am looking for, so hoping someone can help.

I have been doing gunstock carvings for 35 years. So.....yep you guessed it....want to do some carving on my Tele project.

I have a very nice Black Walnut Tele body. I want to carve the same pattern as Waylon has on his leather covered Tele.

Prob is, can't seem to locate anyplace that I can get the pattern from.

If I could get a full size picture, i could trace a pattern from it.

But I can't seem to find either.

I know it's a long shot, but hoping someone from here can help.

My original dream guitar was a B-Bender Telecaster with a leather cover like Waylon had. (Before I did the maths and worked out the cost).

I also discovered there were a lot of fantastic cover designs out there by a whole lot of artisans (although I know you are not looking to have a leather cover) which had something of a country and/or Waylon Jennings flavour.
