About the same. Too much "supposedly smart people doing stupid things" for me.

It's a generational thing. The social message was that humanity had become complacent and forgot how to be practical. There was also another social message regarding the robot that was slowly starting to come into play in the second season that was a bit "preachy."

Lost in Space, Yes, preachy and ploddingly slow, like they're trying to stretch things out. Overall, though, I like it, nice effects and story, but aimed at a younger market. They spent a lot of money on this show.

Yes it's on the CBS stream. They're now advertising a second season!

I haven't seen every show out there but I'm really partial to Firefly. I love the way they've mashed several genres to make it.

Too bad it didn't last very long.
