Default Finger/hand strenghtening

any tips for strenghtening your fingers/hand? I have been squeezing a raquett ball and practicing scales. What do you folks do?

Practice a lot, use barred chords, use patience. I tried using a GripMaster, but it does not appeal to me. I am afraid to develop tendinitis when using stuff like that. I much prefer keeping a stress ball in my Lazy-boy, so I can squeeze while watching tv, but most of the time I will just grab the guitar instead and do some scales mechanically while watching a show.

I just play Steve Howe's Clap. Has pretty much everything and the kitchen sink in it. The tricky part is learning it
