The holes matched up perfectly.
I ended up choosing the PRV Audio 8MB450-4 8" Midbass Woofer 4 Ohm It had a frequency response of 70 to 6,500 Hz The more expensive one, PRV Audio 8MR500-NDY-4 8" Neodymium Midrange Woofer 4 Ohm, had a Frequency response of 95 to 9,000 Hz My amp has a tweeter so the high end frequency was not a consideration. I wanted more low end. The third option look great but was rated at 130 watts (I needed 250 ) Thanks again you guys.

You wisely chose the least expensive option, which is likely exactly what Fishman's engineers did many years ago (speaking as an EE :~).
