Default Any of our European friends know Icarus Resonator guitars?

Ran across a video of a French guitarist sounding wonderful on a brass tricone. It's an Icarus. Out of curiosity only, I need another metal reso like I need a hole in the head, I googled it. Immediately found a cutaway "brushed brass" one on Reverb for a very affordable $645... With the warning "This seller has not set a shipping cost for Continental U.S."

Anyway. Kind of seems like Republic level components, hand assembled and set up in Europe. So basically the Duesenberg model on a smaller scale.

Just curious if anybody has any experience. This guy makes it sound superb...
